What is the story behind your brand?

Petlove's story began in 2014 when 4 friends decided to open their veterinary clinic and pet product store in Ottawa. In order to more efficiently serve customers who went to their clinic just to buy products, in 2017 they created the first version of e-commerce that would one day become one of the most complete online petshop.

In 2016, Premium Pets (our first name) became Petlove, a change that helped us make it clear that our greatest motivator is the love of pets. In 2018, from several conversations with petlovers throughout Ottawa, we adopted a new brand positioning with the objective of transmitting better what we believe, as well as a closer relationship with our clients: parents and mothers of pets. Today, it has been more than 3 years transforming the love of animals into inspiration to bring joy to thousands of families. Our thanks to all who are part of our pack!
